We take great care to ensure that the product descriptions, images and pricing displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed will exactly match the products you receive.

Our cleaning products are carefully handcrafted in small batches in our laboratory. As a result, slight variations in colour, weight, dimensions or appearance may occasionally occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not affect the quality or performance of the product. Product packaging may also differ slightly from the images shown on our website.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product, packaging or specifications at any time without prior notice.

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged on our products.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.
