Refill, Return & Earn scheme

The heart of our scheme is to buy a 500ml glass bottle once to keep forever (Forever bottle) and refill. Our Forever bottle is thoughtfully designed to be on display in our homes. Housed in an exquisite amber glass bottle, it adds a feeling of luxury and beauty while also serving as an enduring, refillable vessel to reduce its environmental impact.  

Most of our products can be refilled with Refill concentrate bottles. The only exception is our Washing-Up Liquid, which is refilled with a pre-mixed Refill pouch. Our Washing-Up Liquid can’t be formulated as a concentrate, which is why this is provided exclusively as pre-mixed.

REFILL with a CONCENTRATE BOTTLE

STEP 1-REFILL:

  1. When you have received your MINOMA product containing a Refill Concentrate bottle pour the entire contents of one Refill concentrate bottle (50ml) into an empty corresponding Forever bottle (500 ml).

  2. Then add 450 ml of water to the Forever bottle.
    Tip: For best results, use purified water (such as distilled or deionised water). If neither is available, boil fresh water in a kettle, let cool to 40 degrees before mixing with the concentrate-or cold tap water works too.
  3. Reattach the trigger spray head firmly and gently turn the bottle upside down several times to mix the solution thoroughly. Your product is now ready to use!

STEP 2- RETURN & EARN:

  1. Once you collected at least five empty Refill concentrate bottles, you may return them to us. You’re welcome to send back more, but we recommend waiting until you have at least five to avoid unnecessary shipping.
  2. Simply request a prepaid return label through our Contact Us form. Let us know how many empty 50 ml concentrate bottles you’d like to return and provide your address. We will then email you your prepaid return label along with simple instructions for returning your bottles.
  3. Place your empty bottles safely in a box, making sure they are well padded to prevent breakage.

    If you have a printer: Attach the prepaid return label provided in your email to the outside of the box.

    No printer? Simply take your parcel to your nearest participating Post Office, show them the QR code provided in your email, and ask them to print the return label for you.

  4. Post the box. 

  5. Reward points will be awarded once your returned Refill concentrate bottles have arrived safely with us. Each returned bottle earns you 10 points. Once you reach 100 points, you’ll receive a unique £5 reward coupon by email, ready to enjoy on your next purchase.

    💡 Tip: To make sure you receive your reward points, first set up your account password and log in to your Customer Dashboard. Simply click “Log In” in the top-right corner of the website.

REFILL with A pouch

REFILL:

  1. When you have received your MINOMA product containing a pre-mixed Refill pouch, pour the entire contents of one pre-mixed Refill pouch (500ml) into a corresponding empty Forever bottle (500ml). 
  2. Reattach the pump to the Forever bottle firmly. Your product is now ready to use!

NO RETURN & EARN SCHEME:

There is no Return & Earn Scheme in place for the pre-mixed Refill pouches at this point in time, so please don’t send them back to us. 

Getting Your Forever Bottle and Cap Ready for Refill

When it’s time for a refill, in some cases just refilling with the same product may be suitable. Sometimes, you may want to clean the Forever bottle and pump/trigger head using washing-up liquid and warm water (warm water alone may be sufficient). Make sure the pump or trigger is fully flushed by spraying a few times with warm water. This is especially useful if the pump or trigger becomes clogged, and if above method is not sufficient then soak in warm water with a little citric acid or lime/lemon juice to help remove limescale. Then pump or spray the solution a few times to clear any remaining blockages. One important thing to remember when cleaning plastics is that they can absorb odours and stains from cleaning products. For best results, we recommend using the same scent with the same pump or trigger head.
