– 3 x 500ml “Forever bottles”, amber glass bottles (empty)
– 2 x reusable trigger spray heads
– 1 x  reusable dispenser pump
– 2 x 50ml “Refill concentrate bottles”,  amber glass bottles (containing a concentrated solution) with aluminium screw caps.
– 1 x 500ml pre-mixed Refill pouch

Instructions for the All Purpose Cleaner and the Glass & Window Cleaner 

STEP 1-FILL
– Pour the contents of one Refill concentrate bottle (50 ml) into the corresponding empty Forever bottle (500 ml).
– Then add 450 ml of water to the Forever bottle.
Tip: For best results, use purified water (such as distilled or deionised water). If neither is available, boil fresh water in a kettle, let cool to 40 degrees before mixing with the concentrate-or cold tap water works too.
–  Reattach the trigger spray head firmly and gently turn the bottle upside down several times to mix the solution thoroughly. Your product is now ready to use!

STEP 2- RETURN & EARN
– Once you’ve collected at least five empty Refill concentrate bottles, you may return them to us. You’re welcome to send back more, but we recommend waiting until you have at least five to avoid unnecessary shipping.
– Simply request a prepaid return label through our Contact Us form. Let us know how many empty 50 ml concentrate bottles you’d like to return and provide your address. We will then email you your prepaid return label along with simple instructions for returning your bottles.
– Place your empty bottles safely in a box, making sure they are well padded to prevent breakage.
If you have a printer: Attach the prepaid return label provided in your email to the outside of the box.
No printer? Simply take your parcel to your nearest participating Post Office, show them the QR code provided in your email, and ask them to print the return label for you.
– Points will be awarded once your returned Refill concentrate bottles arrive safely with us. Each returned bottle earns you 10 points. Once you reach 100 points, you’ll receive a unique £5 reward coupon by email, ready to enjoy on your next purchase.
💡 Tip: To make sure you receive your points, first set up your account password and log in to your Customer Dashboard. Simply click “Log In” in the top-right corner of the website.

Instructions for the Washing Up Liquid
– Pour the contents of the pre-mixed Refill pouch (500 ml) into the corresponding empty Forever bottle (500 ml). 
– Reattach the pump to the Forever bottle firmly. Your product is now ready to use!

All Purpose Cleaner: Spray onto surface (don’t overspray less is more), leave for a minute while the beautiful fragrance gently fills the air.  Then wipe with a clean damp cloth. For best results and to achieve a streak free finish, buff the clean surface with a dry cloth. While it has been formulated in order to be safe for surfaces including wood, stone, glass, leather, plastic, metal and more we recommend spot testing before use. For tougher jobs on grease we recommend using a dedicated degreaser.

Glass & Window Cleaner: Spray directly onto the surface and wipe with a clean, dry cloth (preferably a lint free cloth) or paper towel. Finish by buffing with a dry cloth for a polished shine. Please spot test before use, and don’t use on porous materials such as concrete, paper, fabric, wood, marble/granite etc.

Washing Up Liquid: Ensure food and grease is scraped off before washing. Pump once or twice into a sink of warm water or directly on a dish sponge. Wash dishes then rinse with clean water while the beautiful fragrance gently fills the air.

All Purpose Cleaner: Distilled Water, Pentylene Glycol, 15-30% Non-ionic Surfactant (Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside), Benzyl Alcohol, <5% Anionic Surfactant (Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate), Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phytate, Dehydroacetic Acid and Citric Acid.

Glass & Window Cleaner: Distilled Water, Ethanol (food grade), White Vinegar (Acetic Acid), Benzyl Alcohol, <5% Non-ionic Surfactant (Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside), Sodium Gluconate and Dehydroacetic Acid

Washing Up Liquid: Distilled Water, 5-15% Anionic Surfactant (Sodium Coco Sulfate), 5-15% Non-ionic Surfactants (Capryl/Capryl Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside), Sodium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Gluconate, Citric Acid and Dehydroacetic Acid.

Please note that recycling practices vary by local authority, so we recommend checking directly with them for the most accurate instructions—such as whether bottle caps should be removed before recycling.

− 500ml Forever bottle, made from recycled amber glass in the UK. ⇒ Recycle in recycling centre/bottle bank/recycling bin.
− Trigger spray head, made from approx. 60% recycled plastics (PP, PE and silicon). ⇒ Check with your local authority if they can recycle items made from mixed plastics.
− 50ml Refill concentrate bottle, made from amber glass. ⇒ Recycle in recycling centre/bottle bank/recycling bin.
− Cap for the Refill concentrate bottle, made from recycled aluminium in the UK. ⇒ Recycle at your local recycling centre, or leave it on the bottle, as it is commonly separated during the recycling process.
− Dispenser pump, made from 100% PP plastic. ⇒ It is recyclable, but please check with your local authority whether Class 5 plastic is accepted in your recycling bin or at your local recycling centre.
– 500ml Refill pouch, made from kraft paper with an inner PE plastic lining and cap ⇒ Not recyclable.
– Product label, made from 99% recycled PP plastic and printed in the UK.  ⇒ Usually best left on, as it is typically removed during the recycling process.
